The yard is full and we cant take any more boats until the second week of August. In the meantime we’ll fit new tyres to the travel lift and get some work done on the marina grounds. If you want to get your boat out from Tuesday August 6 call the office to book a slot. In the mean time it’s really nice to see three timber boats on the hard getting some TLC.
Update; The hardstand is full for the next few weeks and the marina is very busy as well. The beautiful weather means many boats are on the move…and that means competition for space is fierce!!! If you are planning to come to Yamba please call the office to make a booking.
The hardstand should free up a little in August but it is wise to call well in advance.
The whales are on the move and make great viewing off the coast of Yamba. These images taken and provided by Megashots Photography. Whale watching cruises from Yamba Marina. Call Reeltime Charters.
An audit of electrical leads on the marina has revealed that a number of boat owners are ignoring basic marina rules.
ALL electrical leads connected to the marina power supply MUST BE TAGGED and IN DATE. There are no exceptions to this rule.
Any leads that do not comply by July 31, 2019 will be removed from marina connection.
Emails will be sent over the next few days to owners of all boats that do not comply with the Berthing Agreement. This stipulates that all leads must be tagged, in date and in good condition.
Please attend to you boats ASAP. We want all owners to be assured that the rules are adhered to. It is for everyone’s protection and peace of mind. Thank you.
A couple of brand new boats from Maritimo on their way to Sydney for the boat show. A bit hectic out at sea in this weather so they came in for a night….for a rest and hoping for a drop in the swell….
Our special offer of half-price hardstand is just about booked out. If you would like to take advantage of this great price deal call Graham or Sonya ASAP.
Ok, its that time of year again. Here’s a special offer for anyone who has work to do on their boat and needs time to do it – at half price!!!
If you can come out of the water on either Monday July 15 or Tuesday July 16 and stay out until at least Monday August 5 you will get HALF-PRICE hardstand – and you will only be charged the days YOU WORK on your boat (a $7.00 environmental levy will be charged everyday however). There are only limited spaces available so its first in, best dressed!!!!
Keep in mind the Travelift will not be operating during this period so once you are out of the water you stay out until August 5 or 6. Please be aware that payment of the account will be required in full before the boat returns to the water.
To book a slot call Graham or Sonya on 02 6646 9898.
Keep an eye out on approach to the marina….there’s a BIG yacht on the end of D Arm and she’ll be here for a while!!!!.
It’s the time of year when everyone with some work to do on their boats wants to come out of the water.
Our hardstand has been pretty full recently but we can always find space for a day, a week, a month or even longer.
We also have long-term storage for boats up to 60 feet in our lock-up hardstand area. You can’t do major work on your boat in this area. It’s simply secure, out-of-the-water storage. Call the office to discuss your needs.
