WEATHER and MARINA UPDATE FOR CUSTOMERS

The weather in NSW has been horrific. We have not been hit that hard but have had gusts up to 59kph from the north-west in the late afternoon today Wednesday Nov 29. Graham has been on the marina checking boats and all is fine.  By 7pm winds were still around 45kph from the north west. It is a good time to remind everyone that next time you are on the boat to please check the quality and capacity of your mooring lines. We’ve just upgraded all the floating facilities including cleats so they will keep your boat safe, if your lines are appropriate. If you need a hand or have any concerns call the office.

Summer tides are coming at Yamba Marina

Great time of year with the tides high and boats lifted up to look at the passing cars!!!! The water is beautiful and clean and the days are warm. Come to Yamba!

Tidy yard ready for the holidays!

Everyone has been working hard to keep the hardstand tidy for the busy season. It is a never-ending job. PLEASE REMEMBER; The hardstand will be closed for lifts between Friday December 21st 2018 and Wednesday January 3rd 2019.

That does not mean you cannot be out of the water at that time. It just means if you have some major work to do we might be able to do you a good deal on extended hardstand time. The marina will be open everyday, EXCEPT Christmas Day and New Years Day. If your boat is on the hard during the time of no lifts you will still be able to work on it. Talk to Graham or Sonya.

Yamba’s getting busy…..a lot of the time!

Local Al Morrison took his great shot showing how Yamba is growing and getting on the map. More than 400 hot rods in town for a great weekend. The reason were are showing you this is to remind boat owners to book in to the marina for the holidays. We won’t have too much space for late arrivals. While we always try to cater for travelling boats, it is a great help if you can telephone or contact us by email in advance of your arrival. We look forward to seeing you over summer.

A rare beauty for sale!

Tiare 11 (two) is a Woollacott Ladybird.  She’s in beautiful condition and her owner is selling because of illness.

BE AWARE:  Tiare 11 is so important to her current owner that she wants to make sure a new owner is someone who wants to maintain the character of the vessel into the future. This boat is loved.
